CHAMP Group Fitness

Adults of all ages are invited to our CHAMP Fitness group exercise classes! Come enjoy fun and fellowship while improving your overall balance and energy level. Classes include a variety of exercise options with moderate cardio, strength training and pilates. Try your first class FREE! 
 
For the month of April, we will hold fitness classes outside of the Calvary Life Center (CLC) near the Astro-Turf semi-circle.  In the event we have inclement weather or cold temperatures below 50 degrees, we will meet in Room 1300. The cost is $20.00 for the month of April. We appreciate the generous donations that you gave during the month of March.
 
We are continuing to follow current health and safety guidelines. In order to ensure that class sizes do not exceeed current guidance, please RSVP to Kelly at klamb@calvarychurch.com to reserve a spot at least 24 hours prior to the class you plan to attend.

Detailed Safety Procedures

Healthy Hearts
10:00-11:00 AM | Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays,Thursdays
This class utilizes a variety of stretches, low-impact aerobics, and muscle conditioning exercises to help increase endurance and develop a strong heart. Class is geared towards active adults.

Upper Body StrengthTraining
10:00-11:00 AM / Fridays
This class includes stratches, use of thera-bands and weighted dowels that can be adjusted to personal strength levels. This class is geared to anyone who wants to focus on upper extremity strengthening. * For safety reasons, we will not be able to provide thera-bands. If you need to purchase a thera-band for Amy's class, please email Kelly at klamb@calvarychurch.com. The cost is $5.00.
 
Pilates
10:00-11:00 AM /Tuesday, April 20
This class utilizes a series of nonimpact exercises to develop strength, flexibility, and balance.
*Please bring your own mat.
