Rob serves as Director of CHAMP Sports Outreach. Rob has sports experience as a football, softball, and tennis player, and he has served as a Fitness Instructor for the YMCA of Greater Charlotte. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management/Marketing from UNC-Greensboro and is currently working on a Master of Religion degree at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He has served as a teacher in Zone 345 with Calvary Children's Ministry. Rob is married to Jennifer Reece, and they have two children.

Peter serves as the Assistant Director of CHAMP Sports Outreach. He has experience playing organized football, soccer, baseball, and basketball.
Peter graduated from Thomas Edison State College in 2008 with a B.S. in Business Administration degree, and from Louisiana Baptist Theological Seminary in 2010 with a Master of Divinity degree. He is currently working towards a M.A. in Biblical Studies degree at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Charlotte. Peter is married to Mereda Farynyk. They are both members of Calvary Church, and Peter serves as the coordinator of Pastor's Prayer Partners.

Tim is the founder of Ichiban Defense Systems and senior instructor for CHAMP Karate. Tim has been teaching reality-based self defense and martial arts for 20 years. He is a 6th degree black belt in karate and has trained with renowned martial artists from all over the world. He is an experienced Martial Arts and Defensive Tactics instructor.

Tim's honors include: National Pro-marksman first class, two-time North American Top Instructor Award, ’92 IKKA Black Belt of the Year, ’97 Instructor of the Year,
and former full contact and forms competitor. His specialties include: Unarmed Close Quarter Combat for Personal Protection/Women’s Self Defense, and Armed and Unarmed Combat.
