Registration

To register as a coach:

1. Check the Coaches Practice Availability Chart to see the practice days/sports that still need coaches. As coaches sign up, the chart is updated to show what practice slots are filled.
2. Log in to SportSignup or create a user account.
3. Select the SPORT you wish to coach.
4. Register as a COACH.
5. Read and sign the Articles of Faith CHAMP Agreement and return to Calvary
6. Complete the Background Check form and fax, email, or mail to Calvary
